A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING SECTIONS III AND IV OF THE
PROMOTION PROCEDURES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah adopted Promotion Procedures for City
of Paducah Fire Department by Municipal Order No. 805 on May 11, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Sections III and IV of these procedures are being amended at
this time.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah adopts Section III, "Lieutenant
Test, Eligibility List and Selection by Chief for Promotion" and Section IV, "Captain
Test, Eligibility List, and Selection by Chief for Promotion", as amended, of Promotion
Procedures for the City of Paducah Fire Department.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
