MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 863
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A
MATCHING GRANT THROUGH THE SAVE OUR OUTDOOR SCULPTURE
PROGRAM FOR RESTORATIVE WORK ON CITY SCULPTURES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary to obtain a grant in the amount of $13,985.00 through the Save Our
Outdoor Sculpture Program sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts and
Target Stores for restoration of three outdoor sculptures (General Tilghman, Chief
Paduke and Wacinton). City matching funds in the amount of $13,985.00 will be required
for this project.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
