DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $225,000
FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR A WEED AND SEED PROGRAM FOR

THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a grant in the amount of $225,000 from the U.S. Department of Justice for a Weed and
Seed Program for the Police Department.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
