A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING SECTION NUMBERS 00-1 AND
00-2, AND REVISION NUMBERS 97-12A AND 97-16, OF THE PADUCAH POLICE
DEPARTMENT POLICY AND GENERAL ORDER MANUAL
WHEREAS, the Police Policy and General Order Manual was approved by
the Board of Commissioners in September, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners adopted a Revised Manual on
April 27, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners adopted Revision Numbers 97-
12A and 97-19A on November 9, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners adopted Revision Numbers 97-
04, 97-06, 97-14A, 97-26 and 97-38 on April 11, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to adopt Section
Numbers 00-1 and 00-2, and Revisions 97-12A and 97-16 at this time.
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah
hereby adopts Section Numbers 00-1 and 00-2 and Revision Numbers 97-12A and 97-16
of the Paducah Police Department Policy and General Order Manual.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
