MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 859
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF
$25,000 TO THE PARKS DEPARTMENT FOR RESTORATION
OF BASEBALL/SOFTBALL FACILITIES AND START-UP OF
THE CITY'S RECREATIONAL BALL LEAGUE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $25,000 from the Commission Contingency Fund to the Parks
Department for restoration of Noble Park baseball/softball facilities and for start-up of the
City's recreational ball league. These funds will be managed through the Parks
Department and spent on the authorization of the Baseball/Softball Committee. This fund
transfer procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 2000-6-6217, adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on June 27, 2000.

SECTION 2. This sum will be transferred to Account Number 001-2405-
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
