A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
THE COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFIT PLAN SUMMARY
FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, by Municipal Order No. 799, adopted by the City of
!� Paducah on April 13, 1999, the City of Paducah adopted a Comprehensive Health
Insurance Benefit Plan Summary for full time employees of the City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to update this plan as required by the
Federal Government.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah adopts Amendment No. 2 to the
Comprehensive Health Insurance Benefit Plan Summary for Employees of the City
of Paducah. This amendment is required by the federal government to update
continuation of coverage upon individual termination (COBRA). Amendment No.
2 also contains various amendments to the Master Plan Document.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
