A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING "CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, 5 -
YEAR PLAN AND ANNUAL PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING"
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Paducah to submit a 5 -Year Plan and
Annual Plan, as required, to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development to provide
decent, safe and sanitary rental housing assistance for eligible families and provide opportunities,
promote self-sufficiency and economic independence for Section 8 participants.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the "City of Paducah, Kentucky, 5 -Year and Annual Plan" is
hereby adopted in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
