A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING REVISION OF THE UTILITY
ALLOWANCE FOR THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM
AS REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF
1974, AS REVISED
Cj BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah adopts a Revision of the Utility
Allowances for the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program reflecting certain
changes in utility rates.
SECTION 2. These rates shall become effective May 1, 2000.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
