A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500 FROM
THE KENTUCKY MUNICIPAL RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION LIABILITY
GRANT 2000 FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
J BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a grant in the amount of $2,500 from the Kentucky Municipal Risk Management
Association Liability Grant 2000 for the purchase of 10 Conposite SCBA cylinders for the Fire
Department.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
