A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT
THROUGH THE NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS OUTDOOR
SCULPTURE ASSESSMENT GRANT PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary to obtain a grant in the amount of $3,284.00 through the National
Endowment for the Arts Outdoor Sculpture Assessment Grant Program. City matching
funds will be required in the amount of $2,434.00.00 for this project. After the assessment
is conducted the City may then apply for a restoration grant to fund up to fifty percent
(50%) of restoration costs.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
