MUNICIPAL ORDER FOR ASSUMPTION OF THE
OBLIGATIONS OF PADUCAH WATER WORKS UNDER
THE ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF ASSISTANCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN PADUCAH WATER WORKS
AND REIDLAND WATER & SEWER DISTRICT
Pursuant to Chapters 96 and 106 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, the Honorable
Albert Jones, Mayor of the City of Paducah, is authorized to execute an Assumption Certificate
whereby the City of Paducah assumes and affirms the obligations of Paducah Water Works under the
Assignment and Assumption Agreement between Paducah Water Works and Reidland Water &
Sewer District.
This Municipal Order is effective upon adoption.
