A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $20,000 TO THE CAPITAL
UNIPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) FUND FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
j BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $20,000 from the Commission Contingency Fund to the Capital
Improvement Project Fund for the purchase of 25 acres of real property located at 1601
South 9th Street. This procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 99-6-6058, adopted by
the Board of Commissioners on June 29, 1999.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
