A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,000.00, THROUGH THE LAND AND
WATER CONSERVATION FUND ADMINISTERED BY THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $40,000.00 through the
Land and Water Conservation Fund administered by the National Park Service. These funds will
be used for the trail development at the Peck Addition to Noble Park.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be in the amount of $40,000.00, through
donation of land and labor by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
