A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 513 SOUTH 6TH STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000
BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE MCCRACKEN COUNTY JAIL
EXPANSION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed and all
documents necessary, with Tim L. Phillips and Tena M. Phillips, for the purchase of real
property located at 513 South 6th Street in the amount of $10,000 for the McCracken
County Jail Expansion.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account
PF 0055.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
