MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1291
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION/ PAY
SCHEDULE TABLE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Classification/Pay Schedule Table is hereby
amended to reflect the following changes:
Reducing the number of Seasonal/Part-time Summer Youth Corp
positions from 46 to 25 and increasing the hourly rate of pay from
$5.15-$6.00 to $7.00-$8.00
2. Correct Table to reflect accurate number of 5 Clerical Assistant
positions in the Police Department.
Create the job classification of Interns/Undergraduate/Graduate
with 9 authorized positions and an hourly rate of $9.00.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.

'A police officer who is regularly assigned to investigative duties in the Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit (D.A.V.E.), as a detective,
K-9 officer, Emergency Response Team member, Crisis Intervention Team member, Accident Reconstruction Team member
)r bomb technician by the Chief of Police and with the approval of the City Manager, shall after the first thirty (30) days of such
assignment, receive additional compensation of forty dollars ($40) per bi-weekly pay period effective December 29, 1992. Special
iuty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
