A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING PHASE I OF THE
REVITALIZATION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH' S FOUNTAIN AVENUE
NEIGHBORHOOD
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, hereby adopt Phase I of the Revitalization Plan for the Fountain Avenue
Neighborhood as developed by the Planning Department in cooperation with the City's
departments of Inspection, Police, Parks, Public Works, and Engineering.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
