A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5065 BUCKNER LANE IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,500 BY
THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BEITORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all
documents necessary for the purchase of real property located at 5065 Buckner Lane in
the amount of $5,500.00 by the City of Paducah.
ST0021.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
