A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR
LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE FOUR RIVERS RECOVERY CENTER PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a Community Development Block Grant from the
Governor's Office for Local Development on behalf of the Four Rivers Behavioral Health for the
Four Rivers Recovery Center Project.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
