A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PLANNING
DEPARTMENT TO DEVELOP A PROJECT BASE VOUCHER PROGRAM PLAN AND TO
SUBMIT THE PROGRAM PLAN TO THE LOUISVILLE FIELD OFFICE OF U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR THE FOUR RIVERS
RECOVERY CENTER
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah hereby
authorizes the Planning Department to develop for and on behalf of the Four Rivers Behavioral
Health a Project Base Voucher Program Plan and to submit the plan to the Louisville Field
Office of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Four Rivers Recovery
Center.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
