A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A DEED FOR THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1150 NORTH 13TH
STREET
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed for the
sale of real property from the City of Paducah to Cletus and Sharon Woods located at
1150 North 13th Street in the amount of $800.00.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
