MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1123
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE WILLIAM
CLARK MARKET HOUSE MUSEUM AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR LEASE
OF THE CENTER PORTION OF THE MARKET HOUSE BUILDING
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Lease Agreement between the William Clark Market House Museum and the City of
Paducah, Kentucky. This agreement is for leasing the center portion of the Market House
Building located at 121 South Second Street.
SECTION 2. The term of the aforesaid lease authorized in Section 1
above shall commence on April 1, 2005, and expires April 1, 2010. The lease shall
automatically renew for additional periods of one year per renewal term, unless either
party gives written notice of termination no later than 90 days prior to the end of the term
or renewal term.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
