A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A 2005
JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN
THE AMOUNT OF $31,430, TO BE USED FOR THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary to obtain a 2005 Justice Assistance Grant through the U.S. Department
of Justice in the amount of $31,430, to be used for the Paducah Police Department.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
