A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1011 BROADWAY TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE FOR

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of real
property located at 1011 Broadway owned by Robert P. Petter and wife, Beatrix Petter.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of
Conveyance between Robert P. Petter and wife, Beatrix Petter and the City of Paducah to
transfer the real property to the City.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
