MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1112
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE URBAN RENEWAL
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY FOR REVITALIZATION OF THE FOUNTAIN AVENUE — PHASE I PROJECT
(� BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Urban Renewal and Community Development
Agency is authorized to act on behalf of the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah for revitalization of the Fountain Avenue — Phase I project.
SECTION 2. That the Urban Renewal and Community Development
Agency is further authorized to act on behalf of the Board of Commissioners to create a
development area, to apply for grants, to hold public hearings, approve the purchase of
property and work with the Planning Department to oversee the day-to-day activities to
move this plan forward. Acquisitions that exceed $50,000 will be presented to the Board
of Commissioners for approval. Status reports will be made to the Board bi-annually.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
