MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1108
A MUNICIPAL ORDER CREATING THE PADUCAH WATERFRONT
DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN COMMITTEE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created and established the Paducah
Waterfront Development Master Plan Committee with membership being adjusted as
appointments are made.
SECTION 2. The purpose of this Committee is to coordinate the
preparation of a master plan and promote the implementation of all aspects of the
riverfront development in downtown Paducah.
SECTION 3. The members of said Committee shall be named by the
Mayor, subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners, and shall serve a 3 -year
term. Said Committee's duties are subject to conclude by June 30, 2008, unless extended
by vote of the Board of Commissioners.
SECTION 4. The members of this Committee shall serve without
compensation from the City, may not incur indebtedness to be paid by the City, and the
City shall not be responsible for debts incurred by said Committee.
SECTION 5. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
