MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1095
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
RECREATIONAL TRAILS REIMBURSEMENT MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $50,000.00, THROUGH THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SEGMENT OF THE GREENWAY TRAILS PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, for a recreational trails reimbursement matching grant in the amount
of $50,000.00 through the Governor's Office for Local Development. These funds will be used
for construction of an additional 2,000 feet of the City's Greenway Trail Project.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be in the amount of $50,000.00.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
