A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1100 HUSBANDS STREET TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONSIDERATION CERTIFICATE IN THE DEED OF CONVEYANCE FOR SAME
C BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of real
property located at 1100 Husbands Street owned by David R. Boyd, Executor of the
Estate of Billie G. Boyd.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Consideration
Certificate in the Deed of Conveyance between David R. Boyd, Executor of the Estate of
Billie G. Boyd, and the City of Paducah to transfer the real property to the City.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
