A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2800 JAMES SANDERS BOULEVARD TO THE CITY
OF PADUCAH FOR THE PECAN DRIVE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of real
property located at 2800 James Sanders Boulevard owned by Paducah -McCracken
County Joint Sewer Agency to establish permanent right-of-way for the Pecan Drive
Roadway Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of
Conveyance between Paducah -McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency and the City of
Paducah to transfer the real property accepted in Section 1 above to the City.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
