A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO OBTAIN AN
ONLINE 2004 BULLETPROOF VEST PARTNERSHIP MATCHING GRANT THROUGH
THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to obtain a matching grant from the U. S.
Department for the purchase of
Department of Justice, which funds will be used by the Police Dep p
personal body armor for police officers.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City is hereby authorized and directed to obtain an online 2004
Bulletproof Vest Partnership Matching Grant through the U.S. Department of Justice for use by
the Police Department. This grant will reimburse the City up to $2,749.72 for purchase of body
armor for police officers.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to project account P00026.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in ft
