CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $25,000, from the Commission Contingency account to the Economic
Development account.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
