A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT FOR ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR COBRA BENEFITS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
011� agreement for administration services for COBRA benefits between USAdmin Services,
LLC and the City of Paducah, effective July 1, 2004.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah will pay to EBC a fee of $1.25 per
employee, per month for said services authorized in Section 1 above.
