A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1142 NORTH 13' STREET TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE FOR SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of real
property located at 1142 North 13th Street owned by James W. Owens, Chartered, a law
corporation.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of
Conveyance between James W. Owens, Chartered, a law corporation, and the City of
Paducah to transfer the real property to the City.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
