MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1073
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND
EXPLOSIVES, LOUISVILLE METRO POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE LEXINGTON-
FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY DIVISION OF POLICE, AND THE PADUCAH POLICE
DEPARTMENT FOR COOPERATION IN THE INVESTIGATION OF EXPLOSIVES
INCIDENTS IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Chief of Police of the City of Paducah is hereby
authorized to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Louisville Field Division and the Kentucky State
Police Hazardous Devices Unit, the Louisville Metro Police Department, the Lexington -
Fayette Urban County Division of Police, and the Paducah Police Department for
cooperation in the investigation of explosives incidents in the Commonwealth of
Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the Police Chief is authorized to execute subsequent
Memorandums of Understanding for reimbursement of overtime.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the
date of its adoption.
