A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING "CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY 5 YEAR PLAN FOR FISCAL YEARS 2000-2004 AND
ANNUAL PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004"
0 1 WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Paducah to submit a 5 Year Plan and an
Annual Plan, as required, to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development to provide
decent, safe and sanitary rental housing assistance for eligible families and provide opportunities,
promote self-sufficiency and economic independence for Section 8 participants.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the "City of Paducah, Kentucky, Public Housing Agency 5
Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2000-2004 and Annual Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing for Fiscal
Year 2004" is hereby adopted in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
