A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF A DEPUTY
BUILDING INSPECTOR AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $2,000.00
FROM THE COMMISSION CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE INSPECTION
DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes one
additional Deputy Building Inspector position for a period not to exceed 90 days or until
the retirement of one of the current Deputy Building Inspectors.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $2,000.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the Inspection
Department.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
