A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A YOUTH
PROGRAM SERVICES GRANT FROM THE WEST KENTUCKY WORKFORCE
INVESTMENT BOARD AND AUTHORIZES THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO BE A WILLING
PARTICIPANT IN THE PROGRAM WITH PADUCAH TILGHMAN HIGH SCHOOL AND
WEST KENTUCKY COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a Youth Program Services Grant from the West Kentucky
Workforce Investment Board for enhancing the current City of Paducah Youth Corps Program.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah hereby states its willingness to be a participant
with Paducah Tilghman High School and West Kentucky Community and Technical College.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
