A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY
OAKS MALL COMPANY AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR LEASE OF UNIT
NO. 302 IN KENTUCKY OAKS MALL FOR PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Lease Agreement between Kentucky Oaks Mall Company and the City of Paducah,
Kentucky. This agreement is for leasing Unit No. 302 in the Kentucky Oaks Mall to be
the Community Resource Center for the Paducah Police Department.
SECTION 2. The term of the aforesaid lease authorized in Section 1
above shall commence on May 15, 2004, or the date the City opens the Center and
expires December 31, 2010.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
