MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1065
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A ZERO TOLERANCE DUI GRANT FROM THE
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY JUSTICE CABINET FOR EDUCATION AND
ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a Zero Tolerance DUI Grant from the Commonwealth of Kentucky Justice Department
in the amount of $40,000 for DUI education and enforcement activities. There is no requirement
for any local match contribution from the City.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
