A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$20,000 FROM THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY FOR AN URBAN AND
COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a matching grant in the amount of $20,000 from the Kentucky Department of Forestry
for funding for a Tree Inventory and Landscaping Master Plan for the right-of-ways in the
officially designated Lower Town area. The local cash match of $20,000 will come from in-
kind services and community donations.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
