A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF A
PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY BLUEGRASS DOWNS, INC. TO THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the transfer of a 40'
strip off the northeasterly boundary of the 58.386 acre tract of real property owned by
Bluegrass Downs, Inc.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement
to Transfer Real Property between Bluegrass Downs, Inc., and the City of Paducah to
transfer the real property to the City.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
