Home My WebLink AboutMO # 1061MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1061 A MUNICIPAL ORDER OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY APPROVING A WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER AMONG THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, THE COUNTY OF MCCRACKEN, KENTUCKY AND THE PADUCAH MCCRACKEN COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WITH RESPECT TO INFINITI PLASTIC TECHNOLOGIES, INC. BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby approves a Waiver and Disclaimer among the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the County of McCracken, Kentucky and the Paducah McCracken County Industrial Development Authority with respect to Infiniti Plastic Technologies, Inc. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Waiver and Disclaimer. SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. ATTEST: Tammara S.
