(3) Maintenance Person 1 -Certification -Journey Certification (HVAC/ELEC/PLMB) $0.35 or Welder Certification $0.35 (4) Class A Mechanic -Certification -3 ASE Certifications $0.35 or Welder Certification $0.35 or ASE GOLD Level Certification $0.50. The maximum hourly rate increase for any certified employee in the above classification will be caped at $0.50/hr. To remain eligible for "specialty pay" the employee must remain in one of the classifications eligible for "specialty pay".
