MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1036
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $77,000.00 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $77,000.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the Capital
Improvement Fund account for construction of a road through Heritage Place.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
