A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S
FLEXIBLE BENEFITS MASTER PLAN AS AMENDED AND RESTATED FOR ALL
PARTICIPANTS IN THE FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PLAN
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts the Flexible
Benefits Master Plan as amended and restated effective July 1, 2003, for all participants
in the Flexible Benefits Plan and authorizes the Mayor to execute documents necessary to
implement said plan.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
