MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1018
A MUNICIPAL ORDER SETTING NEW RENTAL RATES FOR THE
ROBERT CHERRY CIVIC CENTER (FORMERLY KNOWN AS JAYCEE CIVIC
CENTER)
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby sets new rental rates for the
Robert Cherry Civic Center as follows:
Full Day Rentals occurring Monday — Thursday $275
Morning Rental 8:00 a.m. —1:00 p.m., Monday — Thursday $150
Evening Rental 3:00 p.m. — midnight, Monday — Thursday $200
All Rentals occurring Friday, Saturday or Sunday $350
Non -Profit Organization, Schools & School Groups,
Religious Organizations, State Government Entities, and
County Government Departments $250
Additional Days:
2nd Day, add: $225
3rd Day, add: $225
Each Day thereafter, Add: $150
Discounts for services carried out by renter setup and take down of tables
and chairs 10%
(Morning rentals not eligible for discount.)
SECTION 2. Reservations in existence prior to the date of this Order will
not be affected by these rates.
SECTION 3. There shall be no free rentals except to City -related entities
or City -sponsored and/or participative activities.
SECTION 4. The Director of Parks Services is hereby authorized to
establish policies for reservations and use of the Robert Cherry Civic Center.
SECTION 5. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
