AMOUNT OF $70,000.00, TO THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR LOCAL
GOVERNMENT FOR A 2004 NATIONAL PARK SERVICE LAND AND WATER
CONSERVATION FUND MATCHING GRANT

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting the amount of $70,000.00 to the Kentucky Department
for Local Government for a 2004 National Park Service Land and Conservation Fund Matching
Grant. These funds will be used to develop a Safety City Playground in Noble Park.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be in the amount of $70,000.00.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
