A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER AN APPROPRIATION UP TO $45,000.00 IF
NECESSARY, FROM THE COMMISSION CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO
y PADUCAH MAIN STREET INC.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer an appropriation up to $45,000.00, if necessary, from the Commission
Contingency account to Paducah Main Street, Inc.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
