A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$4,000 FROM THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY FOR AN URBAN AND
COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a matching grant in the amount of $4,000 from the Kentucky Department of Forestry
for funding for a Forestry and Landscape Master Plan for the 4.6 mile Greenway Trails Project.
The local cash match of $4,000 will come from an existing recreational trails grant project
account.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
