A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $10,000.00 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE COMMISSION ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $10,000.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the Commission
Economic Development Account for funding of the Paducah Symphony June 14th Pops
Concert.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
