A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A T-21
NON -RENAISSANCE MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $560,000.00, THROUGH
THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE PADUCAH
GREENWAY PROJECT PHASE H
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application
and all documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $560,000.00
through the Kentucky Department of Transportation for the Paducah Greenway Project Phase II.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be in the amount of $140,000.00.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
